Program Description
Sign up for our Speed & Agility fitness classes for workouts that challenge athletes both mentally and physically by training all aspects. These classes are part of our 6-week athletic performance training programs that provide a high intensity atmosphere working their cognitive, hand eye coordination, footwork, acceleration, and change of direction. All athletes are trained to be the most dominant and conditioned playmakers on the field.
