The Stonefitt Method

We don't change what we train.
We change how we apply stress to it.

Most gyms change workouts daily to stay "fun." We don't. At Stonefitt, the movements stay consistent. What rotates is how stress is applied to your body — and that rotation is what drives results, prevents plateaus, and keeps athletes training 6–7 days a week without breaking down.

Every class runs on one of three training structures. That's The Stonefitt Method.

1 — 2 — 3

STRUCTURE 1

EMOM / Flow

Time-based. Athletes rotate through stations with built-in pacing and rest. Focus on movement quality and aerobic efficiency.

PRIMARY ADAPTATION: ENGINE, EFFICIENCY, CONSISTENCY
STRUCTURE 2

SuperSet

Two movements paired together — opposing or complementary. Moderate to heavy loading. Rest after completing both movements.

PRIMARY ADAPTATION: STRENGTH, HYPERTROPHY, CONTROL
STRUCTURE 3

Giant Set

Three movements back-to-back, minimal rest. Moderate loads. High fatigue and metabolic demand. This is where grit is built.

PRIMARY ADAPTATION: FATIGUE TOLERANCE, CONDITIONING, GRIT
